NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 17th of April, 2023, in Civil Action 21-CA-5698 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which NEWPORT GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN MICHAEL ELLIOTT is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00am., on the 9th day of February, 2024, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 12-C, of Newport Glen, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1705, Page 2030, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
