HUDSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER A. HUDSON; JANE R. HUDSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANE R. HUDSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KEVIN C. COMMENCING AT A POINT 319.78 FEET SOUTH AND 440 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 28, MARIANA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 170 FEET; THENCE WEST 80 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 170 FEET; THENCE EAST 80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS RESERVED FOR RIGHT-OF- WAY BEING 30 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE AND 10 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE, RESERVED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY (BEING LOT 6 OF UNRECORDED PLAT OF H.F. BRAISTED TRACT NO.2)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
