NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Final Judgement of Foreclosure entered on January 19, 2024 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclosure.com on February 21, 2024 at 10:00am on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement of Foreclosure or order, to wit:

N.02°06'39”E., a distance of 465.00 feet to a point of curvature; 3.) Northwesterly, 286.55 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the Southwest, having a radius of 370.00 feet, a central angle of 44°22'24” and a chord of 279.44 feet which bears N.20°04'33”W., to a point of tangency; 4.) N.42°15'44”W., a distance of 487.54 feet to a point of curvature; 5.) Northwesterly, 330.18 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 380.00 feet, a central angle of 49°47'03” and a chord of 319.89 feet which bears N.17°22'19”W. to the point of beginning; thence from the point of beginning. S.80°32'20”W., a distance of 298.48 feet; thence S.09°39'03”E., a distance of 62.16 feet; thence S.04°26'18”E., for a distance of 58.23 feet; thence S.08°53'53”E. for a distance of 45.37 feet, thence S.08°55'23”E., for a distance of 43.46 feet; thence S.75°41'23”W. a distance of 124.59 feet; thence N.12°18'00”W., a distance of 146.80 feet; thence N.07°08'01”E., a distance of 245.05 feet, thence N.04°23'42”W., a distance of 262.98 feet to the intersection with the Southerly right of way line of Upper Creek drive; thence along said Southerly right of way line, Southeasterly, 454.67 feet along the arc of curve concave Southwesterly, having a radius of
1566.00 feet, a central angle of 16°38'07” and a chord of 453.07 feet which bears S.78°13'48”E., to the point of tangency; thence S.69°54'45”E., a distance of 14.53 feet to the point of curvature of a curve concave Southwesterly having a radius of 35.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve an arc distance of 54.98 feet through a central angle of 90°00'21” subtended by a chord of 49.50 feet which bears S.24°54'45”E. to the point of tangency and the intersection with the Westerly right of way line of Cortaro Drive; thence along said Westerly right of way line S.20°05'15”W., a distance of 147.74 feet to the point of curvature of a curve concave to the Northeast having a radius of 380.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curvean arc distance of 83.35 feet through a central angle of 12°34'03” subtended by a chord of 83.18 feet which bears S.13°48'14”W., to the point of beginning.
