Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 17, 2024, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 208 OF THE PELICAN WATCH, A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN O.R. BOOK 1532, PAGE 83, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee. realforeclose.com, on February 23, 2024 beginning at 09:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
