NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 17, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-001450 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Lee, County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR BRAVO RESIDENTIAL FUNDING TRUST 2021-NQM1, is the Plaintiff and MARK SOLLITTO; SARAH SOLLITTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH SOLLITTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK SOLLITTO; BLACKHAWK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE CHILD SUPPORT PROGRAM; LEGEND ADVANCE FUNDING II, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on February 23, 2024 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
