NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 17, 2024 in Case No. 20-004707-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Wilmington Trust, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of MFRA Trust 2015-1 is the Plaintiff and Laurel Ann Coyle, as Successor Trustee of the Star of the West Trust dated October 24, 2003; Laurel Ann Coyle; Dodge Enterprises, Inc.; Capital One Bank (USA) N.A.; and Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Corey Coyle are the Defendants.
