Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 23-006203-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit 108 of Sand Key Condominium - South Beach - 1460 Gulf Blvd, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 5101 , Page(s) 845, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Property Address: 1460 Gulf Boulevard #108, Clearwater, Florida 33767 (“Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on February 22, 2024. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
