NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 1, 2024 in Civil Action Case No. 2024-CC-000304-0001-01 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYSIDE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and FRANK S. IANNO, HALINA T. IANNO, UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel as the Collier County Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on August 1, 2024, the following described real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
