NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 4, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 006890 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein CITADEL SERVICING CORPORATION DBA ACRA LENDING is Plaintiff and RAUL SOSA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS TO BLDG 1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS TO BLDG 2; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS TO BLDG 3; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS TO BLDG 4; 784 MCCALL HOLDINGS INC.; are defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
