NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Re-Establishment of Lost Allonge dated June 24, 2024, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 23-CA-014171 , wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LB-IGLOO SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM U. LLORENTE, THE HAMMOCKS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ELISABET PONCE are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on August 05, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Allonge, to wit:
