NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-000622 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-4, is Plaintiff and Gary S. Gibson a/k/a Gary Gibson; Sarah L. Gibson a/k/a Sarah Z. Gibson f/k/a Sarah L. Zucal; San Carlos Park Civic Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 88 AND 89, BLOCK 63, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGES 122 THROUGH 158, INCLUSIVE.
Property Address: 18515 Spruce Dr W, Fort Myers, Florida 33967
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
