YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Mark J. Horne, Esq., attorney for Petitioner, at 12876 Plummer Grant Road, Jacksonville, FL 32258, and file the original with the clerk of this court on or before August 28th, 2024 , a date which is not less than 45 and not more than 60 days after the first publication of this notice, either before service on the Petitioner or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
