Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 23-006755-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Apartment No. 109, HEATHER LAKE APARTMENT NO. IX, a Condominium, together with the undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4714, Pages 1617 through 1657, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 29, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 970 Virginia Avenue, Unit 109, Dunedin, Florida 34698 (“Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2024. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
