NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2018-CA-007577 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-12, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-12, Plaintiff, and GOUDY JR, DAVID, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of July, 2024, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 4 OF CUMBERLAND TRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE(S) 49, OF THE PUBLICE RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
