THAT PORTION OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LYING WEST OF THE FORT KING HIGHWAY; AND LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 50 FEET THEREOF; AND LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING; BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4, RUN NORTH 379.15 FEET, THENCE S 74° E, 1375.56 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SE CORNER OF SAID SW 1/4 OF NW 1/4, THENCE WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PART OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY LYING NORTH AND WEST OF THE SAN ANTONIO ROAD, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING: COMMENCE AT THE SE CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE N 74°00'00” W. TO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF FORT KING ROAD FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 74°00'00” W, 215.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 210.00 FEET, THENCE EAST TO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF FORT KING HIGHWAY, THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

LOTS 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, AND 13, BLOCK E, GULF SIDE ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
