NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 26, 2024, in Case No. 2024-CA-000719 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CMG MORTGAGE, INC, is Plaintiff, and BOBBY R. ROBINSON, SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION, SUNSET PARK AREA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JEFF SHANKS are Defendants, the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on the 26th day of August 2024, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
