NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated this June 28, 2024, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2023-CA-003126-0001-XX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL JUDGMENT RECOVERY GROUP, INC. is Plaintiff and JORDAN A. THOMPSON is Defendant.
The Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on August 1, 2024 at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Building L, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45.031, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit D-6 of The Haciendas, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 941, Page 681, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
