MCLAUGHLIN A/K/A DEBRA RIVIECCIO; WHISPERING WOODS PLANT CITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WALDEN WOODS BUSINESS CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; MARLON J. VICKERS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants.
