NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Release Third Party Deposit to Plaintiff and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 20-CA-008032 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2018-2 is Plaintiff and DOUGLAS B. STALLEY, SUCCESSOR GUARDIAN OF PROPERTY OF MARVIN LUCIER, JR., INCAPACITATED; ESTATE OF MARVIN R. LUCIER, A/K/A MARVIN RAY LUCIER A/K/A MARVIN RAY LUCIER, SR., MARVIN RAY LUCIER, JR., AARON JUSTIN LUCIER and KRISTAL AMBER LUCIER, et al., are Defendants. The Clerk, CINDY STUART, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On-Line Public Auction website: https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 13, 2024., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE NORTH 365 FEET OF THE WEST 238.5 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF AND INCLUDING ROADWAY EASEMENT CONTAINED IN WARRANTY DEED DATED MAY 28, 1970, RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2174, PAGE 572 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
