Lot 154, CALOOSA LAKES PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Instrument Number 2006000358513, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and more commonly known as 10521 Canal Brook Lane, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 (hereinafter “Property”).
will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at public sale by the Lee County Clerk of Court, electronically online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on August 1, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
