PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, that beginning on the date and time as set forth below, and continuing from day to day, until all goods are sold, we will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the warehouse of Florida's Decorators Warehousing & Delivery, located at 28741 South Cargo Court, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135, the following goods, wares and merchandise belonging to Christina G. Heller for nonpayment of storage charges, to wit:
DATE OF SALE: July 29, 2024
TIME: 11:00 A.M.
NAME & DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: one sofa.
The goods may be inspected prior to the sale from 10:45 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on the day of the sale.
The winning bidder is required to pay cash for any goods or items. Florida's Decorators Warehousing & Delivery reserves the right to reject any bids in its sole and absolute discretion. The winning bidder shall remove all goods or items from Florida's Decorators & Warehousing Delivery at the conclusion of the auction.
SAID SALE IS UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF, SECTION 677.210, FLORIDA STATUTES. NOTICE OF THE SALE IS HEREBY BEING PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER, A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION, ONCE EACH WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
