NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 23-CA-010461 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Citizens Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Janis K. Brollini a/k/a Janis Kaye Brollini f/k/a Janis Lamb, Deceased; Shianne Olivia Williams a/k/a Shianne O. Williams a/k/a Shianne Williams f/k/a Shianne Olivia Gibbs; Robert Wesley Hardin a/k/a Robert Hardin; Cassondra Renee Hardin a/k/a Cassondra Hardin; Thomas Allen Hardin a/k/a Thomas A. Hardin; Matthew Aaron Brollini a/k/a Matthew A. Brollini; Service Finance Company, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:oo a.m. on August 8, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 22 AND 23, BLOCK 789, CAPE CORAL UNIT 22, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the
Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
