YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for foreclosure has been filed against you with respect to the mobile home personal property more particularly described as the:
Lot# 21, of INDIAN ROCKS MOBILE HOME PARK COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “C-2” of the Declaration of Cooperative Establishing Indian Rocks Mobile Home Cooperative and Master Leasehold Occupancy Agreement (“Proprietary Lease”), as recorded in Official Records Book 15440 at Page 1904 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as INDIAN ROCKS MOBILE HOME PARK COOPERATIVE, for a term of years from the 6th day of November 2006 until the 6th day of November 2015, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in that certain Declaration of Cooperative Establishing Indian Rocks Mobile Home Park Cooperative and Master Leasehold Occupancy Agreement, which form of Agreement and all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference, the original of which is maintained in the office of the Association at 12701 126th Avenue N, Lot #241, Largo, FL 33774.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Brian C. Chase, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3902 N. Marguerite Street, Tampa, Florida 33603, ON OR BEFORE A DATE WHICH IS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the action.
