NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2024 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on August 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 8 AND LOT 9, LESS THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 50, REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
