NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by this Court at the hearing held on June 18, 2024 in Case No. 23-008584-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GLENEAGLES CLUSTER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KENNETH A. KUBECK; KIMBERLY A. VICKERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH A. KUBECK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY A. VICKERS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N POSSESSION are Defendants, Ken Burke as Clerk of said Court, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
