NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed June 4, 2024 and entered in Case No. 24-000419-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2021-RPL8 TRUST is Plaintiff and LELIA BOZARTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LELIA BOZARTH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GRASSY POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on August 1, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 2, GRASSY POINTE - PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 118, PAGE(S) 19 THROUGH 21, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
