LOT 20, BLOCK 9, OF PALM COAST, MAP OF WYNNFIELD, SECTION 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 43 THROUGH 49 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
By virtue of that certain Warranty Deed recorded 01/17/95 in Official Records Book 256, Page 618, Public Records of Flagler County, Florida, and the Assignment of Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 2816, Page 3 of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.

against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Widerman Malek, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 506 Celebration Avenue, Celebration, FL 34747, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-style court on or before 30 days from first publication or 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
