By virtue of that certain Warranty Deed recorded 01/17/95 in Official Records Book 256, Page 618, Public Records of Flagler County, Florida, and the Assignment of Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 2816, Page 3 of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.

against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Widerman Malek, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 506 Celebration Avenue, Celebration, FL 34747, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-style court on or before 30 days from first publication or 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition filed herein.
