CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and KORI MULKEY, are defendants. Laura E. Roth, Clerk of the Circuit Court for VOLUSIA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.volusia.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 8TH day of AUGUST, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
