L&L HOLDINGS AND VENTURES LLC is the Plaintiff and XZ CONSTRUCTION INC. is the Defendant. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court for POLK County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 13th day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block B, SANHEATH, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 50, ofthe Public Records of Polk County, Florida, lying in Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 25 East, Polk County, Florida.
