ADDRESS: 29129 Bay Hollow Drive, 3213/3215, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543.
LEGAL:
Unit No. 3213 and 3215 of SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 1175, Pages 406 through 483, and according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 141 through 143, together with a Non-Exclusive Easement for ingress and egress over and across the land described in O.R. Book 821, Page 1006 and in O.R. Book 839, Page 1763, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereof.
A Foreclosure Complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, BRENTON J. ROSS, Esquire, 5550 W. Executive Drive, Suite 250, Tampa, Florida 33609 on or before AUGUST 19TH, 2024, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service upon the attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition:
