YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Pasco County for Foreclosure Injunctive Relief related to certain real property located and situated in Pasco County, Florida, and described as follows:
Lot 1, Block M, CHAPEL PINES-PHASE 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 85, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
This action is titled CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., v. JULIO DAVILA, et al., Case Number: 23-CC-005396. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on William W. Huffman, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, which will be published by The Business Observer, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
