NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2022-CC-002171 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WESTBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and CHARVIN MONIQUE DELP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARVIN MONIQUE DELP; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of August, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 5, SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNITS 1A AND 1B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 68 through 76, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
