NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 13, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2024CA000517CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is Plaintiff and GAIL ANN BLOUGH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GAIL ANN BLOUGH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW. PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on August 12, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 1: THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 215 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
AND
PARCEL 2: THE NORTH 15 FEET OF THE WEST 230 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO A 15 FOOT ROAD EASEMENT ACROSS THE WEST SIDE PARCEL 2.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
