NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 9 2024 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 1-A, Block J, less the Southwesterly 65 feet, PALM ISLAND ESTATES - UNIT NO. 3, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 98A through 98C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, less the following described property:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot 1-A, Block J, PALM ISLAND ESTATES - UNIT NO. 3, said point being a P.R.M. and P.C. of curve, then North 23 Degrees, 38 Minutes, 00 Seconds East, a distance of 10 feet more or less to a point, then South 66 Degrees, 22 Minutes, 00 Second East, a distance of 120 feet more or less to a point, thence South 68 Degrees, 38 Minutes, 00 Second West, a distance 40.52 feet; to a point, said point being on a curve concave to the left with a radius of 80, thence Northwesterly to the Point of Beginning.
