NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 17, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2023CA000525AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH1 is Plaintiff and RYAN L. ENGEN; TAMMY D. ENGEN F/K/A TAMMY D. REDMON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on August 7, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 843, TRACT #2, RIVERDALE REVISED, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 40 TO 49, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
