NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CC-2164 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CYPRESS WOODS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ABDERRAZAK RADDANI and CYPRESS TRACE GARDENS II ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East (3rd Floor, Lobby), the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of August, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 204, Building 5, Cypress Trace Gardens II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in Official Record Book 3401, Pages 489 through 561, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
