NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2024, and entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-003655-00001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-4 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-4, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Edwin G. Paul a/k/a Edwin Paul a/k/a Edwin Anthony Gorduino Paul, deceased; Successor Personal Representative of the Estate of Edwin G. Paul a/k/a Edwin Paul a/k/a Edwin Anthony Gorduino Paul, deceased; Joyceline Paul; Gorduino Paul, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell at First Floor, Multi-Purpose Room of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of September, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 76, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3571 20th Avenue NE, Naples, Florida 34120
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
