LOT 50, REFLECTION LAKES AT NAPLES PHASE IA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly Known As: 14439 MANCHESTER DRIVE, NAPLES, FL 34114
at the public sale on AUGUST 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at the Collier Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, to the higher bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within Sixty (60) Days after the sale.
