NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2024, and entered in 2024-CC-16652 of the County Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Real Realty Solutions, Inc. is the Plaintiff and HTN Trust Inc. as Trustee Only, Under the 20-6-19 Land Trust, is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on August 14, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 29, Walden Lake Unit 33-6, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 66, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 3317 Michener PL., Plant City, FL. 33566 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
