Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Consent Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the County Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HEARTWOOD 47, LLC, Plaintiff and HELENA WILCHES, et al. are Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of October, 2024, the following described property as set forth in the Consent Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1, LAKEVIEW VILLAGE SECTION K UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
