NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-004193 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee of the Aames Mortgage Investment Trust 2004-1, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Louis T. Hudson A/K/A Louis Hudson, Deceased; Lysonia Hudson; Roderick Thomas; Ansanto Thomas; Quinton Hudson; Kionna Thomas; Brianna Andrea Hudson A/K/A Brianna Hudson; Mary Alice Wimbush, As Guardian Of Minor Child Isaiah Hudson A/K/A Isaiah Corey Hudson; Annika M. and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
