Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which RDA HOUSING SOLUTIONS, INC., a Florida corporation f/k/a RDA HOUSING SOLUTIONS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, REINALDO JEAN CHARLES, THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICAN on behalf of THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, an agency of the United States of America, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 10th day of October, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
The Easterly 224 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a point on the West line of Section 27, in Township 43 South, Range 27 East, which point is 586 feet North of the Southwest corner of said section; thence, North 250 feet; thence, East 660 feet; thence, North 150 feet; thence, East 660 feet; thence, South 388 feet to the South line of the former Seaboard Airline Railroad right-of-way; thence West along the South line of said right-of-way 1,320 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Lands lying and being in Lee County, Florida.
