NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2024, entered in Case No. 23-007335-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellasclerk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 307, Glencoe Building, Royal Stewart Arms Condominium No. 6, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4131, Page 1533, and any amendments thereto and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Page 120, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
