FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) FOR COUNTY FIRE RESCUE STATIONS 51 AND 62

Flagler County Board of County Commissioners, Florida is seeking Request for Proposal (RFP# 24-005P) from qualified firms for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide necessary services for the pre-construction and construction of Flagler County Fire Rescue Fire Stations and related site improvements. These services will be coordinated with the County's selected Architectural and Engineering (“A/E”) firm through the design and construction phases of the Project.
All Respondents must be qualified and properly registered to provide Construction Management Services as appropriate. Responses will only be considered from those firms demonstrating the expertise and experience specified in this request. The Design Services associated with the scope of work outlined was recently awarded to an A/E firm and design for these fire stations is in the early stages. These projects may require working with other necessary County departments and staff, as well as new and existing contractors, vendors, and providers to ensure all necessary systems, security, and connectivity for a full-service fire facility.
This project will include the construction of two (2) facilities with one being an approximately 10,000 sq. ft. fire station and the other a 19,000 sq. ft. combined fire administration and fire station. These facilities shall be designed to closely incorporate the features specified within the spatial needs assessment. It shall be a secure building, created to accommodate fire rescue and emergency medical services operations, personnel, supporting staff, publicly accessed areas, and other necessary spaces. The facility shall include employee parking, public parking, and all other essential components necessary for a 24-hour campus.

Flagler County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award all or segments of the project, and to waive any informality in proposals received, all as may be in the best interest of the County.
