NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 19, 2024, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 2019-CA-003778-WS, the Clerk of the Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on September 10, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
