NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 13, 2024, and entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-000912 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of WAMU Asset-Backed Certificates WAMU Series 2007-HE2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Pablo Flores, Vielka Jean, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Donnie Arejula, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the
Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the August 15, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
