NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 112022CA0016580001XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc., Plaintiff and Michael Douglas Marolla a/k/a Michael D.
Marolla are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 22, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 70, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 88, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
