NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-172 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein MAPLE RIDGE AT AVE MARIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KATIE LUCIA GARRIDO and ARIEL ALFONSO HERNANDEZ are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East (3rd Floor, Lobby), the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of August, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Maple Ridge Reserve at Ava Maria, Phase 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 51 through 53, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
