NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 2023- CA- 2584 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1005, ISLAND WALK PHASE FOUR, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page(s) 35 through 40, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 4133 Tabago Lane, Naples, FL 34119.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
