Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed the 20th day of May, 2024, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on July 19, 2024 in Case No. 23-CC-8563, County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK I ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and SAMI NAGUIB, LLC and the UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION now known as SAMI NAGUIB are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on August 22, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 609, IN BUILDING 6 OF VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded under Instrument No. 2006000058585, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
